I invite all my Steemit friends to the 29th season of the Steemit Learning Challenge competition. Today I will share my entry for the SLC29-W3 // "Stir Fried Chicken" competition organized by @suboohi mam.
Do you like Stir-fry chicken? Have you tried it before at home? What makes it different from other recipes.
Yes, I love stir fried chicken, it is a dish that is quick, flexible and easily available. I have made it at home before, it is a recipe that can be prepared in a very short time. If you want to make a quick and delicious recipe without spending hours in the kitchen, then you must make stir fried chicken. A delicious stir fried chicken recipe is made with a unique blend of chicken pieces, fresh vegetables, ginger garlic flavors and sauce.
What sets it apart from other recipes is that it is different from other recipes that require a long cooking time. Stir fried chicken is not dry like other dishes, it is quite juicy and soft. It is cooked at high heat, which is why stir fried chicken is tastier than other recipes. Stir fried chicken is lighter than fried chicken, faster than curry and better than grilled chicken. It is also healthy and comforting when served with hot rice.

🍛Making Process🍛
Step 1:
√ To make stir fried chicken, I took boneless chicken, cut the chicken into small and thin pieces. Then I cleaned the chicken pieces well, washed them and drained the water. Now in a mixing bowl, I marinated the chicken pieces with soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, salt, sugar and cornstarch for 1/2 hour.

Step 2:
√ I cut the quick-cooking vegetables, carrots and green capsicum into julienne strips. I chopped the onion leaves and onion, separating the layers of the onion, following the cooking instructions.

Step 3:
√ After chopping the vegetables, heat the oil in a pan and fry the capsicum, carrot, and onion pieces separately for thirty seconds and set aside.

Step 4:
√ I heated 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, added the garlic and ginger paste and cooked it for 1 minute, then added the onion stalks and fried it for some time. Then I added the marinated chicken.

Step 5:
√ At this stage, I added soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, black pepper powder and stir-fried for a few minutes, then added chicken broth and cornstarch. Then I added the vegetables along with the chicken and mixed them together.

Step 6:
√ I fried it on high heat for some time, and the stir-fried chicken was ready. It is ready to serve with hot rice. Now I will remove it from the stove and serve it.

Stir-fry is a chicken is cooked on high flame in less oil. Continously stri to cook it from all sides. Crisp from out side and tender and juicy from inside make it delicious and different from others. Its good to know that you have tried it before.
