Death is inevitable for every living being.

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu.

I begin in the name of Allah, the Most Gracious. Who created us. And Who will give us death when the appointed time comes.

Death! ! The name of a very difficult reality. No matter what religion you follow? There is no way to deny this extreme reality. The fact and truth is that the followers of religions other than Islam, although they deny Paradise, Hell, the Hereafter, Resurrection, etc., have not denied death. Allah the Almighty has said in the Holy Quran.

• For every community there is an appointed term. When their appointed term comes, they cannot delay it for an instant, nor can they hasten it.
  (Al-A'raf, verse - 34)

• Every soul will have to taste death, and you will all be paid in full (for your deeds) on the Day of Resurrection. Then whoever is removed from Hell and admitted to Paradise, he will be the one who will truly succeed. And (in contrast to Paradise) the life of this world is nothing but a means of deception. (Aal-Imran, verse - 185)

Whoever has life, his name is also in the book of death. There is a sequence of birth, that is, the father first, then the son, then his son and daughter, etc. But there is no sequence of death. The child dies while the father is alive. It also happens that the grandfather and the grandson die while they are alive. Death reminds us again and again that this world is temporary. It is just a short journey. From the hadith of the beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), we know that he said, "Live in this world as if you were a traveler."

Today (11/12/2025 AD) I buried a person from my village. Whose reputation is spread across the country and abroad. Whose wealth was inexhaustible. Whose death caused bloodshed in the hearts of the entire village. Seeing the scene of the funeral prayer, I thought of the beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). When he left this world, did the hearts of his companions bleed so much? How did they console themselves? Today I understood a little. Because in my life I have seen many deaths, I have prayed many funeral prayers. But today's funeral has worried me in a different way. This worldly life is a life of deception.

Finally.
No one's wealth, children, etc. in this world goes with the dead person. The dead person has to stay alone in the grave. The grave is a room where there is no bed, no lighting, no talking companion. And there is no vehicle to move around. The grave is a piece of heaven for some, and a pit of hell for others. So let's learn to love each other. Let go of jealousy and hatred. May Allah protect us all.
