You must be aware that we are in the fourth week of "steemit challenge season 27". This season we are pinning various shops on "steem atlas". I am @jubayer95 from @Bangladesh. We often buy various bakery products from bakery shops. Although our rural environment in Bangladesh is to eat three meals a day. ‌ And in between these three meals, we have light snacks. And the food that we choose as a food in this snack list is bakery products. So we buy bakery products as needed.

In this competition, various candidates have discussed beautiful bakery shops. Today I will also discuss something about a bakery shop. And this is basically a sweets and bakery shop. Among all the sweet shops and bakery shops in Pipul Baria Bazar, the quality of the products of this shop seems to me to be at the top. And the environment is also better. The sweets of this shop are sold by weighing them on a digital meter. And the yogurt is sold in specific containers. And all the bakery products are sold in packages. Banalata Sweets and Bakery has branches in various districts of Bangladesh. Among them, we have a main shop in Sirajganj district city. Its branch is in Bipulbaria Bazar. Banalata makes most of its yogurt sweets and bakery products themselves. ‌ However, some bakery products are imported from other companies. And cold drinks and ice cream are imported.

The shop I am discussing is called "Banalata Sweets and Bakery" and it is a brand name. Which has gained a very good reputation in the areas of Sirajganj, Bogra and Pabna.
My discussed shop is located right in the square of Pipulbaria Bazar, Sirajganj Sadar Police Station, next to Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Our Pipulbaria Bazar is open from 6 am to 11 pm. However, some shops are open until late at night. Some shops close before 11 pm. For example, the shop I discussed is Banalata Sweets and Bakery, which is open from 7 am to 10 pm. Because usually people come to buy bakery products after 7 am, and after 9 pm, there are usually no customers.

Two managers are in this shop from morning to night. There are four salesmen who are on duty from eight in the morning to eight in the evening. All the salesmen, including the store manager, are very simple-minded people. They are very friendly with customers and talk with a smile.

However, an interesting thing is that I visited the shop for two days. On the first day, at noon, when I asked the salesmen for permission to take pictures and videos, they refused to give me permission. Since the manager was not present. Due to which I was forced to come and visit the shop on the second day. And I talked to the manager and said that there are no pictures and I took videos. As soon as I told the manager, he gave permission. And enjoy my work with a smile.

Compared to other shops, this shop is much better in terms of environment. First of all, the shop is fully air-conditioned. As a result, the shop is dust-free. And the customer buys their products very comfortably. There are many other bakery shops in this market and many dessert shops. But compared to them, the customer is a little more inclined to this shop. Because the quality and taste of their products are unique. Although their products are a little more expensive than other shops. There is a saying, the better the thing, the more expensive it is.

Anyone who has eaten the bakery products, sweets, yogurt, etc. of this shop once, comes here to buy it again.

The best representation of the baking tradition of our country, I think is "cake". And these cakes come in different qualities, small and large. And these cakes are prepared in different sizes by various institutions in our country. Especially small size cake companies make more. Because it is a necessary product for the common people of our country. Which serves as a light breakfast in the morning and afternoon.
Especially small and tender children of schools use it in their tiffin. Factory and transport workers also eat it as needed. Even my son and wife, my whole family, likes to eat it. So I think cakes are a historical example of our country's baking tradition.

My favorite baked product from the bakery is toast biscuits. I always keep these toast biscuits in my house. Because toast biscuits are usually mildly sweet, and neither hard nor soft. And everyone from small children to old people feel comfortable eating them. Today too, I went to this store and bought toast biscuits. This toast biscuit is beautifully arranged on the shelf. Along with other biscuits, chanachur cakes, etc., this selfie is beautifully arranged.

This sweet toast from Banalata is very delicious to eat. To my knowledge, I cannot say whether there is such a delicious toast in this market. Because other shopkeepers buy and sell from different companies. On the other hand, Banalata authorities make it themselves and make it in a quality environment, due to which the characteristics of Banalata's products are a little different from the products of other shops.

✓ Do you consider that there is something that the bakery could improve?

Of course! I think that this bakery needs to be improved, but I think that some more additions need to be made. Although the shop is quite advanced. I have mentioned some points for improvement below.

First of all, this shop needs to have some products of other good quality brands along with their own products.
I think that quality means good products along with normal products. Because there are many customers in the village who want to buy bakery products at low prices.
There needs to be more variety of products, so that a customer can easily find the product of his choice when he comes to the store.
The amount of demand that the shop has gained in the area in a short time would have been better if there was a home delivery system. So I think if the authorities introduce this system, their business will be different.
