Hello friends and my dear brothers and sisters, first of all, Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all? I hope that by the grace of Allah, everyone is well. I am also by the grace of Allah, by the prayers of everyone, Alhamdulillah, I am well. Today I will share with you the recipe for making singara, I hope you like it. Actually, many people in our house do not like outside food. I am one of them, I do not like eating outside. That is why all these types of food like singara, chamuchha, noodles, chicken fry, etc. are often prepared in our house. My mother and I like home food much more than outside food. That is why all these foods are always prepared at our house. One of them is singara, which we like a lot, this food is often prepared at our house.

Let's share that recipe with you. When the cooking was done in the afternoon, we put the potatoes to boil. Since we were going to make an evening snack, after the noon cooking was done, we put the potatoes to boil. So that we don't have to bother boiling them in the afternoon. Along with boiling the potatoes, we also added a few chickpeas, if there is any extra food like nuts inside the singara, then eating that singara is much more fun. That's why we added chickpeas inside the singara. And to boil the chickpeas, we added them with the potatoes to get them pureed together. Then a little before evening, we peeled the potatoes. Along with that, we cut the onions, dried chilies, coriander leaves, all of them and kept them with the potatoes. We fried the dried chilies so that they would be ground into powder later and kept them aside. Then, along with that, my sister-in-law also chopped them up to make the singara cow. By the time everything was ready, the Maghrib call had sounded. So without further delay, I left for Maghrib prayers.

After finishing the prayers, I came to make singara. First, to make singara, I made the singara filling. To make singara filling, I first took dry masjid in large pieces, then I took more chopped coriander leaves, along with it I took more onions, I mixed all these together well. I cannot mix well, there should be little bits of whole, but after making singara, when you bite into it, you will get a different taste in singara. It is well kneaded, I will mix it well with the boiled chickpeas again. So that the chickpeas mix well with the potatoes. I have to mix it gently so that the chickpeas do not melt. Then, after mixing with my hands, I started rolling the bread rolls one by one.

And my sister-in-law started making them one by one. The rotis have to be made long, the way bread is rolled to make singaras. Actually, it takes a lot of time to make these rotis, making singaras is a lot of trouble, and at that time I did not have a mobile phone at hand. That is why I could not share any steps of making rotis with you, how to make singaras. That is why I am very sorry. Anyway, after that, the singaras will be made by me, it took me about two to three hours to make singaras in total. I made about 33 singaras, actually I did not do it, my sister-in-law helped me make singaras with me. After the singaras were made, frying them slowly in oil was also very difficult, and the job of frying them in oil was my mother, as soon as all the singaras were made, mother left without delay and the boys went to live.

My mother's back was also very sore from the pounding of the singara. So I quickly finished frying and came home and lay down. My mother fried the singara and brought it to me. Then we all had a lot of fun playing together. This was my singara recipe today, I hope you liked it.
Thank you very much for spending your valuable time reading my post. I pray that by the grace of Allah, everyone will be well, stay healthy, be careful, Allah is the Hafez

Thank you so much for appreciating my recipe so much just by looking at it.I'm sure if you tried this recipe or these singaras, you would definitely say that they are comparable in terms of taste. It's really been so much fun, these singers can't even explain what they're saying.
