Recipe for making leaf design pitha with coconut

The recipe is how I made pitha with coconut. In a word, it is a leaf design pitha with coconut, this pic is as beautiful to look at, as difficult to make, and as fun to eat. Let's start with how I made this pitha. First, I picked the coconut from the coconut tree, in fact, as easy as I have said, it was not as easy to pick the coconuts from the tree. Anyway, after picking the coconuts, I first peeled them well. After peeling them, I broke the coconuts and drank the sweet water inside. After eating, I put the coconuts in a coconut shell, so that it would be easier for me to make pitha.
I put the grated coconut in a pan on the gas stove and kept the flame very low. In the pan, I added the grated coconut along with three to four bay leaves, three to four cardamoms, and three to four seeds inside the cardamom, discarding them, leaving only the cardamom pods so that the grains are good. I added a little sugar and a little salt, then I kept stirring the coconut until the sugar melted and mixed with the coconut. When everything was mixed, I kept stirring for about 5-6 minutes, then I turned off the stove and kept the coconut pulp aside to cool.
Then I put water on the stove to heat it up for the dough to melt. If the dough for this pitha is melted with hot water, then the pitha will stay good for a long time. I am using both flour and flour to make this pitha dough. If you want, you can make it with just flour or just flour, or if you want, you can mix both flour and flour and make this pitha. When the water boiled, I poured boiling hot water into a large bowl. I mixed salt with the water and mixed it well. I poured the flour and flour into the boiling hot water, and mixed it well with the water with a spoon. Because you can't put your hand in it, if you put your hand in it, it will burn your hand now, the water is very hot. Then I put it aside to cool down a little, after it cooled down a little, I kneaded it well with my hands. Because you can't mix it well with a spoon. I mixed the water well with the flour and flour as much as I could before it cooled down. Now, after it cools down a bit, mix it well with your hands so that you can prepare your pitha properly.
Then I sat down on the floor with everything so that it would be easy to make my pithas. After finishing making the pithas, I also sat down with a big tray with what I would put in it. Then my aunt helped me while making the pithas. The pithas are being given to my cousin's son-in-law's house. Then I showed my aunt how to make the bread. First I asked her to take a very small piece of dough. Then I kneaded it well and made a small loaf of bread. I put a spoonful of coconut filling in the bread and started making the design, then I made the design step by step and made the pitha. Actually, this design is not as difficult as it looks. If you try a little and observe carefully, you can also make the pitha with this design very easily. Nothing is impossible for humans, it just requires a little effort, if you try, Insha Allah you can too.
It took me about three to four hours to make the pitha. After finishing making it, I kept it aside and prepared it for frying in oil. I put a pan on the stove and heated it slightly and poured a lot of oil, the pitha were fried in oil so that the pitha were crispy. Then I slowly turned the pitha and the belly over and fried them until they were golden brown. After frying, I took them out with a spoon, and in this way I made all the pitha. You have to be very patient in making and ringing these pitha, otherwise the results will not be beautiful and there is a possibility of spoiling. You can keep the pitha for a long time if you crush the pitha well, cool it a little and put it in a polythene bag, hide it in a bag or any other container so that no air gets in. This way you can keep it for a long time without any problems.
