Today I will share my favorite chicken fry recipe with you. Actually, my first favorite food is chicken fry, I like to eat chicken fry made at home most of the time. I like chicken from outside, but I think if I buy chicken and make chicken fry at home, it will be better. And if I buy it from the store, then the price of a chicken there will cost me two pages. That's why I like to make chicken at home most of the time.

I often make chicken trita but never shared it with you. So today I thought of sharing with you, how I make chicken fry and what spices I use. Let's start, first I washed and cleaned the chicken well. Here I took about two kilograms of chicken meat. And I told my brother, to bring the spices for chicken fry, he brought me the spices for cooking chicken meat. However, it was almost evening by then since we live in a village house and the shops are very far from here, that's why I forbade him from seeing me. And I started marinating the chicken meat with the spices for cooking chicken.

The spices I used to make Merit were, first, mustard oil, which I use very little, just for a little flavor. With it, there were six asanas, in fact, there are noodles, chicken fries, and various types of dishes that are absolutely impossible to make without them. With it, I added Radhni chicken meat masala, with it I added a lemon, because of the lemon juice, when I fry the chicken meat well, the meat will be completely crispy and juicy. Then I also added tomato sauce, without which the chicken is almost incomplete. Then I added ginger garlic paste. I could not add pictures of some of the ingredients here, for that I am very sorry.
I mixed all the ingredients well with the meat. Once the meat was well mixed, I left it to rest for about an hour. So that the spices could penetrate well into the meat. In the meantime, I kept it in the refrigerator to prepare the night. While they were marinating, I prepared all the ingredients to make the paratha.
After an hour, when I saw that the meats were well-seasoned, I used a clay oven to fry the meats. Then I lit a fire in the clay oven and placed a tao, I placed a pipe pan. It is possible to fry the chickens well and beautifully in the pipe pan, I think. Then I slowly started frying the meatballs. The most difficult thing of all is to fry these meats with patience. It took about two to two and a half hours to finish frying these meats. As difficult as making chicken fries is, it is even more delicious to eat.

Then slowly when I finished making the chicken fries, I started frying the parathas. Actually, since it was cooking in a clay oven, it was very difficult to make the paratha with one hand and get the paratha with the other. That's why I asked my mom to help me a little, so mom sat next to me to help me. Mom and I finished the parathas together. Actually, since we were sleeping, the electricity went out and came back again after a while, so I got annoyed and couldn't share the pictures of making the parathas with you. Then after finishing the cooking, I came home and put everything in order.

By then it was almost late at night, let's say it was around ten or ten-thirty. And even then, it took a lot of time to make the chicken fry. And in the middle of that, I chopped the onion and green chillies and put them aside. The green onion has a slight smell, and when I finished frying the chicken, I took it out of the oil and put it in the bowl with the chopped green chillies and onions. This will soften the onion rings a little on low heat, and it will be even better to eat it with chaskha khan. It turned out exactly as I wanted.
Then we sat down with our laptops to eat, because if we don't eat while watching cartoons, we can't digest our food. My younger brother brought Coca-Cola with him, it's impossible to have chicken fries without Coca-Cola or Mojo. Then my brother, my mother, and I all had a lot of fun playing chicken tri-folds. This chicken tri-fold is very delicious and fun.
