Today I visited a vegetable shop located in the raw market of Simanto Bazar, Kazipur Upazila of Sirajganj district, and I will try to present you in detail about that shop, I usually buy various products and vegetables from the raw market from this shop, since the owner of this shop's house is in our village, I like to buy vegetables from him.

Usually, no receipt is given when buying any product from these street open markets. This shop opens every day after noon and closes in the evening. There are many vegetable shops on the street in our raw market. I like this shop the most. Although there are many other shops I know in this market, I only buy vegetables from this shop.

I chose this street open market because usually raw vegetables are sold in such open shops on the side of the road. Moreover, in our market, shops are open every day from noon to evening except Wednesday. You can get all the vegetables you need from these shops. Since this market is in a village, you can get fresh vegetables every day.

I visited this shop from this market, because the freshest vegetables are available in this shop, and I have a good relationship with the shop owner since his house is in our village, I usually buy vegetables from this shop in this market, all kinds of vegetables including potatoes, brinjal, onions, and chillies are available in this shop.

In such street or open markets, all things are sold by weight in kilograms, and this shop always keeps the price of the product per kilogram a little lower than mine, today I bought potatoes, brinjal, and chillies from this shop, naturally these things are more necessary for our daily food, currently potatoes are 20 taka per kg, brinjal is 40 taka per kg, chillies are 80 taka per kg.

There is no chance of bargaining when buying any raw material or vegetable from this shop, because vegetables and raw materials are sold at the same price in this shop, due to which many people buy different raw materials and vegetables from this shop, I have a long experience of buying products from this shop, I usually buy raw materials and vegetables from this shop.

Every morning I go to my workplace, madrasa, and on my way back from there, I come to this market. When I need to buy raw materials and vegetables, I get out of the vehicle and buy products from this shop. Since I am returning from my work, I do not have a bag to carry with me, then the owner of this shop gives me a bag and I buy products in it and bring it home.

Our open market is very busy in the afternoon, because the market is on the road, there is often traffic jam, especially when various vehicles, auto-rickshaws, vans, etc. are parked in front of the market, there is a lot of traffic jam, and when there is a traffic jam, people find it very difficult to move, many times they have to wait for a while to move on the side of the road.

Many people return home through this market in the afternoon, especially those who work, return home through this market in the afternoon after work, then many people can be seen in the market, all the vendors in the market are very busy, many times they have to wait to buy products because there are many customers in front of the shop.

My advice to street or open market vendors to improve their business is, always sell fresh and good products, if the vendor can always sell fresh and good products, then he will not have a shortage of customers, he should keep the weight right along with the good products, if the goods are sold with the right weight, more customers will come, the business will improve.

Apart from this, an important task is to treat all customers well, because people are impressed by words. When these street traders talk to me nicely with a smile, customers will be attracted to them and that trader's business will improve. There are also many more suggestions for improving business.
