Assalamu Alaikum friends, how are you all, I hope everyone is well. It is summer in Bangladesh at the moment. At this time, there are raw mangoes on the trees all around. And this raw mango is very popular with everyone. Pickles, chutneys, raw mango juice, mango dal and many more can be made with this raw mango. I made mango makha with raw mango.
Ingredients
| Green chilies | 6 pieces |

| Raw mangoes | 5 pieces |
| Salt . | To taste |
| Sugar | To taste |
Step-1: First, collect the raw mangoes. Then collect everything else. Wash the mangoes well and then peel them with a knife. Once peeled, wash them again with water.

Step-2: Grate the mangoes well with a grater.
Step-3: Grate the raw chilies into the grated mango.
Step-4: Once the raw chilies are chopped, add salt and sugar one by one and mix well with your hands. It is even better if you add dried chilies and mustard oil. Everyone should try making it at home.]
