Pure milk chanar Rasmalai 🍨
Assalamu Alaikum friends, how are you all, I am also fine, Alhamdulillah. Sweets mean a happy and joyful time that brings the whole family together. Sweets mean a weakness, even if you don't want to eat them, you have to eat them. Sweets are always bought from the store. But if you can make those sweets at home, then how about making them at home, it would be good. Any food made at home is healthy and germ-free, which is beneficial for both the body and health. With that thought, I also made Chanar Rasmalai at home.
Ingredients
| Channa | 3 cups |
|---|---|
| Liquid milk | 1 kg |
| Sugar | 1 cup |
| Cornflower | 1 teaspoon |
| Custard powder | 2 teaspoons |
| Water | 1 cup |
Preparation method
Step-1: First, collect all the ingredients. Mash the chickpeas with your hands and make them smooth.
Step-2: Roll the dough into small balls with your hands and keep them aside for some time.
Step-3: In a pot, boil 1 cup of water and a little sugar. When the water becomes slightly warm, soak the small sweets made from chickpeas in it, then remove them immediately. If you soak them for too long, they may break, so you have to remove them immediately.
Step-4: Then boil 1 liter of milk and thicken it.
Step-5: When the milk thickens, add 1 teaspoon of cornflour and 1 teaspoon of custard powder to it, add sugar to it and cook for some more time until it thickens a little more. Let it cool for some time.
Step-6: Place the small sweets removed from the syrup in a serving dish and pour cold condensed milk on them. And keep it in the fridge.
Because it is more fun to eat it cold. Everyone should definitely try making it at home once. My family likes it more when it is cold. I am ending here today, wishing everyone good health. Allah Hafez ❤️
