Department of Agricultural Extension, Tangail

Hello friends, I hope you are all well, by the grace of God, I am also well today, I will take you to a special place in our Tangail city, which is the Department of Agricultural Extension. Here, various significant activities related to agriculture are held, so I went here to visit this special event. This place has been established in a huge area. At the beginning, I got to see the main building of this place.

Every year, students from the Agricultural University come here and present their projects here. That's why I went there and was very surprised to see their projects. They presented very nice projects here. That's why I took pictures of several projects and will mention them in detail here.

At the beginning, I entered where in the right sector some students came up with a project called Sprinkler Irrigation. This means a smart method of indoor plant cultivation in a net house. A nice project has been made with several materials. Besides, I noticed another project below. This project is called Precision Agriculture.

These projects were created by the students from their own thoughts and they were created thinking that these projects will be implemented in a big way. They only made them as samples with small scale items of those projects. However, the big projects will be verified and other projects here have already been verified. From there, I went a little to the right where other students had created some more projects.

Among them, I saw another project called Sensor and IoT-based water and fertilizer application system in roof gardens. Agriculture is a major source of income in Bangladesh. Therefore, such projects are created to reduce costs and increase progress in the agricultural sector. Visiting a place like this with natural environment can be an adventure.

Then from there I moved a little further where the pineapple square is. So you will be surprised to see that a huge pineapple shape has been made here just for presentation every year. So here you will see a huge pineapple in the picture below. Where you will think that it is a real pineapple that has been planted.

After making the pineapple, it is painted all around and specially polished to make it more lively so that the big officers are inspired to see it. The sharp leaves on the pineapple are made very beautifully and green color has been applied on it. However, the pineapple is made in the shape of a ripe state. I took a picture of it from a distance.

So many people come from far away to see this presentation. Because it is an agricultural presentation, everyone needs to see and know. This place is said to be lively in Tangail city.
