Because I am currently going through some external work. So first of all, I am all the members of the Steam platform and all the admin panels. Let's start today's diary game without delay. So I wake up in the morning, freshen up, eat and leave for the office because the office where I am currently working is completed in two shifts. I am currently on the morning shift, so in the morning shift we work from six in the morning to two in the afternoon. For that reason, I have to reach the office at six in the morning, so around five in the morning I wake up, freshen up, eat and leave for the office and reach the office.

So first we basically go and I have twelve lines here, so we each connect the new styles of the lines. Every day, a new style of line is laid out in some line, so we set up the target for the next running day since I am now in the industrial engineering team. We basically have to do online balancing and workload balancing of the lines. That is why we basically have to read how much manpower setup we have to read according to which style is entering which line, that is why we first have to know the styles, that is why we do not collect the styles from each line in the first hour. Although these styles are given in our production planning, we still have to collect them because since our production is done in the same way in two shifts, if there is a load in each shift, it is very difficult to understand it later when we go to Shiva, that is why we basically collect the data from the line.

Then we update the dashboard by calculating everyone in each line and set up the line target for each line accordingly. So I currently have nine running. Because three lines are currently closed due to low orders in the context of Bangladesh. Line number 1234. In this way, we set up the target according to the manpower of each line, then after setting them up with the supervisors, we explain them to them. From then on, we start monitoring their hourly reports every hour. Follow up on production. If button nets are created in any line, button leaks are found out. If there is any manpower shortage in any line, you should tell them about it. All in all, a lot of work is done in every hour of the line and the output has to be updated according to the output of each line. In this way, we basically have to pass 8 hours and then after half an hour, we get our total output and update it with our output vote. Then basically we explain that output to our GM sir and according to this report, efficiency calculation is done and minute by minute calculation is done.

Then I leave the office and have lunch at the office. After lunch, I basically leave for home, then I come near the Boli Bhadra market in front of my house, that is, next to Dhaka EPZ, and I bring raw mangoes from there because the current mango season is new. If we actually make a dry chutney with raw mangoes and khokar masala, then it is a very tasty food to eat, which is why I basically buy mangoes from there and then I basically buy two cans from the shop next to it. Nowadays, drinking coconut water in the scorching heat is very beneficial for the body, so I basically buy these two cans at a very cheap price of 150 taka. I basically leave for home with them.

After that, I still come home and have that mango chutney. And there is coconut water with it. Alhamdulillah, I spent a very beautiful day after that. It was very hot in the evening, although I had to go through a very critical electricity situation, so I ate and drank at night and then went to sleep. This is how I spent this day today.
