As-salamu Alaykum ( Peace be upon you)

I am extremely delighted to participate in the 3rd week of Steemit Challenge Season 27. Last week I made basil tomato ketchup which was very tasty and healthy. This week I will make Ginger Chili Ketchup. Thanks to @afzalqamar. I believe this season I will get to know about Ketchup. So Let's hope for the best.

Arrange Ingredients

First I gathered all the ingredients. Then I washed the tomatoes thoroughly with fresh water. The tomatoes were stored in the fridge. So I took them out of the fridge a while before preparing the ketchup.

Step-II

Cut tomatoes and Boiling time

Here I chopped the tomatoes into small pieces so that I could cook them easily. I chopped them with a knife. Then I heat a pan and put the chopped tomatoes in the pan . Here I used about a cup of water. Then I put a lid on it and let the tomatoes cook on low heat. After the tomatoes cooked for about 7-8 minutes I turn off the stove.

Step-III

Blend and Strained

Then I blended the cooked tomatoes and were well blended. The more you blend it, the smoother the ketchup will be. After blending, I strained it using a sieve to remove any skins or other hard particles.

Step-IV

fry chopped ginger and
Green chilli

Then I finely chopped ginger and green chilli. Again I pour 2 tbs cooking oil and let it heat in low flame. After frying 2-3 minutes I pour tomato paste and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Step-V

Add rest of the ingredients /sup>

In this step I added chilli flex, salt, sugar and vinegar in above mentioned quantity . Then stir the ketchup continuously so that it dosent stick with pan. Then switch off the stove when the thicknesses increases. Now my ketchup is ready.

Present your final homemade ketchup to make it look attractive and well-prepared. Also use your name tag and date written on a paper. (2 marks)
