Assalamu Alaikum. how are you all. I hope everyone is safe by the grace of God. I am also fine Alhamdulillah.I am participating SLS32-The Kitchen Diaries Week#5 Eat The Rainbow [chickpeas salad].Thank you @suboohi for this Rainbow challenge.
1-Prepare recipe.

| Cucumber | 1 pc |
| Carrot | 1 pc |
| Tomato | 1 pc |
| Onion | 1 pc |
| Olive oil | 4 tsp |
| Black pepper | 1 tbs |
| Honey | 1 tbs |
| Coriander leaves | 1tbs |
| Salt | as taste |
Let's make

To make chickpea salad, first I will boil the chickpeas in enough water. Once the chickpeas are cooked, I will drain the water and put it in a bowl to cool.
Now I will take a tablespoon of olive oil in a bowl. If anyone wants, you can use any other refined oil. I will make a salad dressing with this olive oil, vinegar, salt to taste, and honey.
Now I will wash the vegetables very well and drain the water. Then I will cut the vegetables into small square pieces. Try to cut the vegetables into the same size so that the salad looks attractive.
To make the salad, I will take the carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions one by one in a large bowl.
After adding the vegetables, I will add the pre-boiled chickpeas. Then, I will add the salad dressing and mix it well. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on top and my chickpea salad is ready to serve. Now, keep this salad in the fridge for 20 minutes and then serve it to enhance its taste.
The Story Behind It.
To participate in the fifth week of the learning challenge, I was asked to select a recipe that would be quite colorful. While thinking about a colorful recipe, I first thought of this chickpea salad. I also like to eat this chickpea salad. My sons also like to eat this chickpea salad, moreover, this salad is quite nutritious. I make salads with different vegetables for my children at any time. I always prepare different types of healthy food for my children.
3. Show Importance
To live a healthy life, one must follow a healthy diet chart. Unhealthy food contains various types of germs and these germs enter our body and cause various types of diseases. Health is the root of all happiness and to maintain this good health, everyone should take a balanced diet. Every food has different nutritional values. Each of us should make our own diet chart considering the nutritional values of that food.A balanced diet contains all the nutrients necessary for the body's well-being, which will definitely make us active and vibrant. Vegetables noodles, chickpeas salad,fruit chat,ots with yogurt, chicken staw,chicken soup,vegetables soup,boiled egg salad etc are normally considered as a healthy fiber food.
