How are you all of my steemian friends. I am good.Hope you all are well.Today I am sharing my another post.
I wake up on a beautiful morning and feel refreshed. Then I go to the kitchen like every day. I prepare breakfast and send the children to school. When the children go to school, I have breakfast and do other household chores. Today I tried to finish lunch and other household chores a little early. Because today our building has organized a picnic. Since I have the responsibility of this picnic, I have to be active and present in this picnic.

When I went to pick up my kids from school, one of my friends brought me some chocolates. My friend had gone to Bangalore for her husband's treatment and brought me some chocolates from there. My two sons were very happy to receive the chocolates. I am very happy that my friend returned home healthy and normal after her husband underwent surgery.

After the Zuhr prayer and lunch, I went to the roof to organize a picnic. But the sun was shining on the roof until 4 pm, so I returned home. I prayed Asr prayer and then everyone went back to the roof. After going to the roof, we all started cooking together for the picnic. Since the main theme of the picnic is different types of "stuffing". So first we started lighting the stove. The most difficult and at the same time enjoyable part of cooking in a clay stove is lighting the fire. Since none of us are used to cooking in a clay stove, lighting our stove is a bit of a hassle at every picnic. Today was no exception.

An interesting item in today's picnic was eggplant stuffing. Eggplant is grilled on an iron rod and then turned over a blazing fire. It's like a barbecue. The show topper of our picnic was eggplant stuffing. Everyone liked it a lot. This stuffing is made by hand with mustard oil, onion, chili, and salt, which is very delicious to eat. I and a neighbor friend of mine made this stuffing together.

Everyone finished cooking and then we tidied up the terrace a bit to serve the food. Since we had a very small picnic, we couldn't make any special arrangements for decoration. Potato bharta, fish bharta, dried fish bharta, brinjal bharta, tomato bharta, dal and chicken pakora. The cooking was finished as everyone worked together.

After finishing all the work, it was finally our turn to enjoy the picnic food. First, we fed the children and then the adults sat down to eat. While the adults ate, we enjoyed the food while talking to each other. After that, we all discussed whether there were any mistakes in the picnic and what we need to correct when we arrange another picnic in the future. Although, as an organizer, I did not have to hear any special complaints. Rather, everyone praised me and another neighbor friend of mine who had taken charge of this picnic. Both of them were very appreciative of the fact that they were able to organize it successfully.. After finishing the remaining work, I went home. Since everyone's busy life would resume tomorrow. When I got home, I freshened up and went to sleep. Looking forward to another new day.
