Hello friends. Happy New Year to everyone! May the new year bring endless happiness and blessings into everyone's lives. Today is the first day of the year, and many people spend it in various ways; most are seen organizing picnics or gatherings with friends.

In the morning, the bone-chilling cold made my hands and feet feel as if they were freezing. When I pulled back my window curtains, I saw condensation dripping down the glass. I had no trouble realizing that it was going to be a very very cold day.

After having breakfast, I went outside to a ship yard to check out some scrap items. Once my outdoor work was done, I returned home because of the intense cold outside. Since I had a curation schedule task on the first day of the year, I opened my laptop without delay and started working.

Around noon, I went to our rooftop where my father and I have grown winter vegetables. This time, the bean harvest has been very good; if gardening is done correctly, the yield is always better. Along with soaking up some sun, I spent a good amount of time in our garden.

I took some rest during the afternoon. After performing my Asr prayers, I turned on the PC again and started another session of my curation task. On the occasion of New Year's Day, my friends and I made some special plans for the night in our social media chatting group.

In the evening, after completing all my work, I met up with my friends. We had a plan to organize a barbecue party at night. We all gathered the necessary ingredients together and prepared for the cooking.

We selected chicken for the BBQ since it is an easy process, though we have done it with fish many times before. All of us friends helped each other prepare the chicken before putting it over the fire. We also had parathas to eat with the chicken.

We chose a safe place for this event. After setting up the stove for cooking, we started the BBQ. We marinated the meat at intervals, and all the friends took turns in the process. Finally, when all the chicken was cooked, we moved to our seating area.

The joy of organizing a BBQ with friends is truly unique. This arrangement on the first day of the year gave us a lot of happiness. I wish you all a Happy New Year once again. May all your wishes be fulfilled throughout the year, and may your life be filled with endless blessings.
