Well Care is such a diagnostic center where many important medical tests are done, and it has a good reputation for accurate results. Compared to other places, the prices of tests here are a bit lower, so more patients come here.

Well Care is in the Bhatiary area, on the west side of the road, on the second floor of the Firoza Super Market building. Now people of Sitakunda no longer need to travel to the city for tests. Since it is in a rural area, people are free from the trouble of long journeys to city diagnostic centers. It stays open every day from 08 AM to 10 PM.

The second floor of the building is used for the diagnostic center. Even though it’s not very big, it has all the modern machines, experienced specialist doctors, and full lab testing facilities. The inside is clean, air-conditioned, and well-designed. The stairs are decorated with nice interior design, which looks attractive.

People who take services here are happy with it. Especially for rural people, such a modern diagnostic center is a blessing. Important tests like CBC, FBS/RBS, S. Creatinine, Lipid Profile, Ultrasonography, Urine R/E, TSH, HbA1c and many more are available here.

From my personal experience, after doing tests at many centers for my family, I found that Well Care has the lowest prices. Although many people still go to top city diagnostic centers because most doctors refer them there, until now no negative news has been heard about the accuracy of test results here.

The sample collection areas are clean and hygienic. If there isn’t a crowd, you can easily give your blood sample, although there is only one booth for collection. Skilled and experienced medical officers collect samples, and reports are delivered within 24 hours. Some urgent reports are given within a few hours.

For patients, all basic facilities are available. Except for government tests, there is a 25% discount on all tests. For payment method besides cash, they also accept bKash, Nagad, and bank cards facilities.

There are separate hand-washing facilities for customers, and the washrooms are very clean. You can use the wash basin to wash your hands. Although the center is not very big, they have maintained good quality in all facilities.

Since this is a diagnostic center, there are also specialist doctors’ chambers. Doctors from Chittagong Medical College Hospital the main government hospital visit here on different afternoons. So rural people don’t need to go to the city to see consultants or professors. Specialists in Medicine, Gynecology, Gastro-liver, Dermatology and other fields are available here.
