Good morning || The Dairy Game || 27 January 2026

Good morning. Assalamoalaykom, how are you? I am fine. This morning is very beautiful for me. A winter morning is a study in stillness. While other seasons greet the day with the boisterous chirping of birds or the rustle of leaves, winter arrives with a hushed, reverent silence. It is a time when the world seems to slow down, inviting a rare moment of introspection before the rush of the day begins.

While many find the winter morning bleak or difficult, there is an undeniable beauty in its austerity. It strips away the distractions of the outside world and forces us to appreciate the indoors, the warmth of a hearth, and the company of those we share it with. It is a season of "waiting"—a quiet pause that makes the eventual arrival of spring feel like a hard-won victory.

Biryani for Breakfast:- A Unique Taste

Typically, when we think of breakfast, we imagine bread and vegetables or parathas. However, in the culinary luxury of Bengalis, "Morning Biryani" holds a very special place. Especially in Old Dhaka or other traditional cities, starting the day with piping hot biryani is a long-standing cultural tradition.

The Attraction of Biryani

Biryani in the morning brings a unique kind of excitement. As soon as the lid of the pot is opened and the aroma of cardamom, cinnamon, and saffron wafts through the air, one's hunger multiplies instantly. The fluffy texture of the rice, tender meat, and a soft boiled potato—all together, it feels like a complete royal arrangement.

After complete my breakfast then i go out for my work. I visited some docdors. Then i ride my motorcycle. I rode my bike over to Goshi, where I ran into one of our seniors and his boss. We visited a doctor together. On the way back from that visit, my boss called and asked, "Where are you? I’ve already arrived at Pahartali." So, I headed straight to Pahartali to meet him.

Once I got there, I had to wait a bit because the doctor was running late. He was scheduled for 12:30 PM but arrived at 1:00 PM. After he arrived, I completed the visit with my boss. Then, I gave my boss a lift on my bike to the front of CUET, where we had lunch together. The meal was excellent!
After lunch, I took my boss to Ichakhali. We did some reporting together and then visited another doctor. Once we finished, I dropped him off at Gochira. Before leaving, my boss gave me some valuable advice and words of wisdom. After he finished his final doctor visit and departed, I headed back to Ichakhali.

Usually, the roads in Ichakhali are quite congested, but today they were surprisingly clear. There was no traffic jam, and the ride was smooth. I took the opportunity to visit a few medicine shops along the road and then moved on to the area in front of the hospital.

In front of the hospital, I noticed a small new tea stall where people were enjoying their tea. Even though I felt like having a cup, I decided against it because I had just finished having tea with my boss earlier. An older brother offered to buy me a cup, but I politely declined. I told him, "I just had tea a moment ago; you go ahead. I'll join you another day!"
"I concluded my day's work with the final hospital visit and headed back home. I wish you all health and happiness—don't forget to take care of yourselves. Allah Hafez!"
