School name & History

The name of this school is Charhazari Jagannath Government Primary School. It is located in Charhazari, Companyganj, Noakhali district. It was established on 01-01-1930. Initially, the school was a tin shed. Later, the school was further developed in the financial year 2021-22. This work was implemented by the Department of Primary Education.

Main gate

This is the main entrance gate to the school. The name of the school is written on the upper part of the school gate. After the school holidays, there is a 2-part iron gate for the safety of the school. The school is entered through the main gate. This gate is open during school hours. The gate is closed after the holidays.

School main building

This is the main building of the school. The main building is 3-storeyed. There are 3 rooms on the 2nd floor. There are 2 rooms on the 3rd floor. There is a balcony on each floor. Railings have been provided for the safety of movement on the balcony. The color combination of the building has been made very attractive. The middle beam of the building has been painted red. And the inner walls have been painted yellow. For this reason, the school building looks beautiful from the outside.

School old building

This is the old building of the school. This building is 1-storeyed. There are 3 classrooms in the building. This building is named after the national poet of Bangladesh, Kazi Nazrul Islam. The building is painted off-white.

Classroom name

On the doors of the classrooms of the school, it is mentioned which class is in the room. But the most interesting thing is that the rooms have been named differently above the rooms. These are based on the names of the rivers of Bangladesh. The names of the 2 main rivers of Bangladesh, such as Meghna and Jamuna, have been given.

Playing instruments

The school has arrangements for the enjoyment of small children. They can play during the school tiffin time. Various sports equipment is kept. The sports equipment includes swings, seesaws and slides.

Safety gate

There is a main gate in the school building for the safety of the school classrooms and other school equipment. Also, grills have been installed outside the veranda. This has ensured the safety of the school.

Tree plantation

To beautify the environment and make the school yard eco-friendly, trees have been planted in the school yard. This is a good initiative. As a result, love for the environment is awakened in the minds of students. They get into the habit of planting and taking care of trees.

Shaheed Minar

This is a Shaheed Minar. Almost all schools, colleges and universities in Bangladesh have Shaheed Minar. Every year on February 21, 1952, wreaths are placed at this Shaheed Minar in memory of the martyrs during the Language Movement. In addition, wreaths are placed at the Shaheed Minar on March 26 and December 16.

Field

The school has a field. This field is used for assembly in the morning. Students play sports during leisure time and after school holidays. Apart from this, various programs, sports etc. are organized in the school.

Water tube-well

Drinking water has been arranged for the students in the school. There is a tube well for this. This tube well has been installed to facilitate students to wash their hands and face and drink clean water.

Toilet

The school has a good toilet facility where children can fulfill their needs while in school.
