The Diary Game: The joy of our moonlit night with family at the end of the holy Ramadan. ||21 March 2026||

Today was the last day of our Ramadan fast, and we will get this Ramadan month after a year. Along with the last fast, today was also our moon night, today is the day to give henna to girls on the occasion of Eid.

Morning begins with eating Sehri for all of us, usually we understand morning from 6 am, but for Muslims on fasting days, morning means Sehri time or 3-6 am. I freshened up during Sehri, then ate Sehri after Tahajjud prayers. Then after waiting for a while, I fell asleep again for Fajr prayers.

I woke up at 8 am because my aunts had come to celebrate Eid with us. I welcomed them, talked to them for a while, and slept a little more because I didn't sleep much at night. Then I woke up at 10 am and freshened up, a little after freshening up, I saw my friend come to our house because I was the one who asked him to come to give me henna. Then my friend gave us henna, it took about 3 hours to give henna.🥲

In the afternoon, we took a bath, freshened up, and prayed Zuhr, then we prepared to make iftar. To make iftar, we mixed gram flour, cut eggplant, and made filling for potato chops. Then we slowly fried all the fried foods.

Then we cut some fruits to eat during iftar, and also made lemon sorbet. Then we arranged all the iftar items one by one and served them.

It was 6:11 pm when our iftar time came, when the Maghrib call was given, we all had our iftar together. We thanked Allah a thousand times for giving us the ability to keep the entire 30 days of fasting. I hope that if Allah keeps us alive, Allah will give us the ability to keep the entire fast next year as well, In Sha Allah.

Since today is the moon night, I gave henna to my mother, aunt and younger sister. It was almost 12 am by the time I gave henna. Then after giving henna, I scrolled through Facebook for a while and fell asleep. That was the whole day's activities today, I hope you liked it.☺️
