The Diary Game -(26 December 2025) “Celebrating a special day: my friend’s wedding.”

Assalamu Alaikum
Good morning, friends. Today is Friday, which is my weekly off day from the office. Since it was a holiday, I woke up quite late in the morning. After waking up, I brushed my teeth, freshened up, and had breakfast. After finishing breakfast, I completed some light household tasks.
Then I took a shower, performed ablution, and left home for the mosque to pray Jummah prayer. After offering the prayer, I returned home. I changed my clothes, freshened up again, and had lunch. After lunch, I took some rest and then got ready to attend my friend’s wedding. Today was the wedding day of one of my best friends, and last night was his Gaye Holud ceremony.

After getting ready, I left home to go to my friend’s house. I took an auto-rickshaw and went straight there. After arriving, I met some of my other friends as well. I noticed that the wedding car, which my friend would use to go to the wedding venue, was beautifully decorated. I took a photo of the wedding car.

After taking photos, I went inside the house and met my friend. All of us spent some time chatting together. After finishing our conversation, we got ready to go to the bride’s house. During this time, we took some group photos. After sunset, we finally left my friend’s house for the wedding venue. After about one hour, we reached the wedding house.

After arriving there, we were first served some snacks. Then the reception for the groom’s party began. There was rice, polao, roast, lentils, fish, beef, and mutton everything was available. After finishing our meal, we spent some time walking around and exploring the new place.

We took some more photos and then waited to return home because we could not leave before the bride’s farewell.

It was getting late, and during winter, traveling late at night becomes more difficult. So I made a smart decision and returned home on a motorcycle with some of my friends. Before leaving, I said goodbye to my friend. My friends dropped me off in front of my house. At that time, it was already 12:00 AM.
After reaching home, I freshened up, prepared my bed, and went to sleep quickly.
