Bangladesh is a riverine country.Various types of fish are found in the rivers,canals,ponds and lakes of this country.And this is why we are Bengalis who eat fish and rice.We have to include fish in our daily diet.I also try to include fish recipes in my daily diet. And our national fish is Hilsa.Various recipes are made for this Hilsa fish.Hilsa fish is such a fish that you like to eat it exactly the way you cook it. Cooking Hilsa fish does not require much spices. Today I cooked Hilsa fish with kankarol.This recipe was very delicious to eat.Today I will share this recipe with you.What ingredients did I need to make this recipe?Let's see first---

First,I washed the fish thoroughly and rubbed it with a generous amount of salt,turmeric and chili powder.

Now I fried the fish in oil in a pan.

Now,I added oil to the pan and fried the onion paste and chopped onion in it.Then,I roasted the spices well with turmeric,chili powder and a generous amount of salt.

Once the spices are roasted well add enough water and add the chopped kankarols.Then,let it cook for a while.
