Assalamu Alaikum friends, how are you all? I am well, Alhamdulillah.Today I am back with a delicious recipe.I love making any recipe and feeding it to my family. Today's recipe is mainly for my son.Children love to eat chicken.I make various recipes with chicken for my son. Because children get bored of eating the same recipes.So if chicken recipes are prepared by following different methods, then the children become interested in eating that recipe.I will share my today's recipe Roasted Chicken with Tomato-Capsicum Recipe with chicken.To be honest, this recipe was very delicious to eat.So I came to share it with you.

The tomato-capsicum roasted chicken recipe was incomparable in the taste of capsicum and raw chili sauce. And the color of this recipe came out very nice because of the tomatoes. The taste was also amazing. If you cook chicken like this, it will be wonderful to eat with pulao, white rice or paratha. If you want to see my recipe, you can also make it and try it. Then I rubbed the meat with a generous amount of turmeric, chili powder, and salt.

Now I lightly fried the chicken pieces in oil in a pan.

Then, I added a generous amount of oil to the pan and sautéed the onion paste, ginger, and garlic paste.

Now I grind the spices well with turmeric and chili powder and a little water.
