Friends, today I am back with a new post. Today I will share a recipe post with you. Today's recipe is a very tempting recipe. A raw mango pickle recipe with a sour-spicy-sweet taste. Everyone, young and old, likes to eat this recipe. This recipe is very delicious to eat with pulao, white rice or biryani. A lot of raw mangoes are available in the market now. If you want, you can follow the recipe I made and make this wonderful pickle. Everyone in the family will eat this recipe with great pleasure. But before we look at the recipe, let's see what ingredients I used to make this recipe --

Requiredmaterials
1.Green mango5 Piece
2.Mustard oilAs desired
3.Garlic paste2 tbsp
4.Panchforanas expected
5.Turmeric powder1 teaspoon
6. Chili powder2 teaspoons
7.Sugar and jaggeryas desired
8.SaltQuite a lot
9.Mustard2 spoon

11. Vinegar -Half cup

Step-1

I first cut the mangoes into whole pieces and washed them. Then I let them dry in the sun. When the water dried up, I rubbed the mangoes with a little turmeric, chili powder, and a little salt and let them dry in the sun again.

I prepared the pickle spices by letting the cut mangoes dry in the sun. First,I roasted the dried chilies in a pan and also fried the panchphodans. Then I broke them in half and made a paste.And I washed the mustard seeds well and finely chopped them.

Now I put a pan on the stove and added a generous amount of oil. When the oil was hot, I added garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt and roasted the spices well.

When all the spices were roasted well, I added mustard paste to them and roasted them again.

Now I mixed the dried mangoes with the spices.

Then I mixed it with the mangoes, sugar and jaggery.

Now I mixed the mango pickle with dried chilies and five tablespoons of gura.

Then I added vinegar and it was ready. This is the sweet-sour mango pickle.
