If I were given full authority in any community or country for a year, I would give priority to education first. I would organize education in such a way and build those structures in such a way that that education is useful in our real life. Currently, many students get good results but nothing good can be expected from them.
Currently, even after getting good results, the only reason they fall behind is lack of skills. However, it is not enough to just say that these are the students' mistakes, it is the fault of those in charge. So I used to introduce practical education and skill-based curriculum in the field of education. Due to which students can test their talent and do something good. Some points of the work that I used to start from the school level are given below:
1) Moral education.
When values are created in them, they will be able to do something good and moral education creates values in us.
2) Communication skills.
Secondly, the importance of communication skills is that if you can communicate well, you will have more chances of doing something good in the future.
3) Technology and digital knowledge.
In the current era of science, no one can move forward without technology and digital knowledge. Therefore, knowledge of technology is necessary for all of us and I will make it mandatory.
4) The idea of becoming a small entrepreneur.
My final target is to give the idea of becoming a small entrepreneur to all students. When someone does something on his own and tries to do something or something on his own, new talent will be born in him and from that he will be able to do something good in the future.
I used to make these subjects mandatory in the field of education.
I chose this subject because- Without education, no nation is permanent or strong. An educated nation is aware of its rights. Can speak out against injustice. Becomes self-reliant. Takes the country forward in the right way. It is not possible to take the country forward through education alone if the structure is not right. Along with education, we will definitely fix our education structure. If the thinking of a nation is not developed, then that nation can never develop.
Of course, I have to make some difficult decisions in this field of education, one of which is to eliminate old and ineffective curricula. Along with this, reduce excessive dependence on exam-based education. Pay a little more attention to the practical aspects of students. In some cases, give priority to the skills of students, not their marks. As a result of taking these decisions, many parents will disagree or be dissatisfied. Because people do not accept change easily, people prefer to go their own way.
I tried to convince them that-
Today's education is the art of making tomorrow's society. The education we will develop students through today will build their future through this education. I would present real examples as well as research data in front of them on how skill-based education will increase employment in our country and reduce unemployment.
I would consult with the parents and try to convince them in a good way. Only through skill-based education can we build a new society and build a better future for our children. By discussing with them, we can all be a part of this change.
The main thing - if I were in charge, I would definitely not choose a popular decision, but the right decision. Because education is the backbone of a nation, the more educated the nation, the more developed it is. If the education system is not developed, no nation will ever be able to turn around or progress.
No

Thank you so much.
Hi @sohag10 welcome to thinking and ideas week 1
Education is not a bad option but from all your informations gathered, you have not given an indepth on how you would carry out these plans, even though it might not work as thought.
Eliminating old curricula and paying more attention to the practical aspect of the students more which is the skill base, do you think this part is neglected in the education sector? What happens to those without a skill?
I will try to write more beautifully in the next post. Thank you very much for reviewing the post.
