The Diary Game: 16.02.2026 | A Joyful Day at My Cousin’s House

Today, we had planned to go from my maternal uncle’s house to my cousin’s house. In the morning, I first visited a nearby house in my uncle’s area for some work. After finishing, I returned home and had my breakfast. The morning was calm and quiet, with the soft sunlight making the village look peaceful.

A little while after breakfast, we packed our bags, and my mother and I set off for my cousin’s house. Before leaving, we stopped at a small shop and bought some sweets to take with us. The road to my cousin’s house is smooth and scenic, so the journey was pleasant and didn’t take too long.

It had been a long time since we last visited their house, so meeting everyone there felt really nice. I was warmly welcomed, and I enjoyed catching up with family members. In the afternoon, I went for a walk with my cousin’s son through the village fields.

The fresh air, green fields, and the occasional chirping of birds made the walk very refreshing. The surroundings of the house were truly beautiful and calming. I spent some time exploring the garden, looking at different flowers, and capturing their beauty with my camera.

I enjoyed the peaceful village environment, taking in the scenery and spending quality time with my family. Alhamdulillah, my first day at my cousin’s house was wonderful. It felt really special to be here again after such a long time, enjoying the nature, the calmness, and the warmth of my family.
