"Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem"
This is @tammanna from #Bangladesh.
How are your friends? I hope you are all well, and I am also well, Alhamdulillah. Today I have come to you with a popular winter recipe that I have prepared. Winter means the joy of eating pitha. However, as winter goes by, the excitement of eating pitha decreases a bit. However, as the end of the season approaches, I am once again busy making chitai pitha, which is one of my favorite dishes. Today, I am here to share the entire preparation with you. So, let's start without further delay.

The Process of receipe
🟫 Step 01
🍚First, I took a quantity of dry rice powder in a bowl.
🟫 Step 02
🍚Then I'll take it here with a spoonful of salt.
🟫 Step 03
🍚Then I will mix the flour and salt well.
🟫 Step 04
🍚Then, here I will mix the flour well with lukewarm water.
🟫 Step 05
🍚Knead the dough well for about 5 minutes, and then add water to it and make a liquid dough.
🟫 Step 06
🍚Then I will take a clay pot for making pitha on the stove and heat it well.
🟫 Step 07
🍚Then I will give a portion of the prepared flour here.
🟫 Step 08
🍚Then cover it with a lid for five minutes.
🟫 Step 09
🍚After five minutes, if I lift the lid, I will see that the pitha is ready and I will take it out. I will prepare all the pitha in this way and serve it hot.
I love to eat these types of pithas with any kind of chutney, masala, or jaggery, but especially in winter, eating these pithas with dates is a different pleasure. I hope everyone will like it, and you too can make it at home and eat it. I will see you in a new recipe post. Until then, everyone be well, God bless.

Among all my favorite pithas, one of my favorite pithas is Chitui Pitha. This pitha has a lot to do with winter. Seeing this pitha reminds me of winter. Since winter is coming to an end, I had forgotten about this pitha. Seeing this pitha again reminded me of winter. Thank you very much for showing me one of my favorite pitha recipes.
