Friends, how are you all? I hope you are all doing well, and I am also doing well. Alhamdulillah, today I have brought you a great recipe. Today I will make a popular winter dish, Chitai Pitha. However, apart from winter, it can be eaten at different times. If it is possible to make it, today I have made it and am going to share it with you. Let's start without further delay.

Required materials 👇🏾

●Rice flour
● Salt
●Turmeric powder
● Fenugreek leaves
● Dried chili powder

The Process of recipe


🟫 Step 01

🧇To prepare the partridge pie today, I first took a bowl of dry rice flour.

Recipe Tips

Today's pitha does not require many ingredients, but when the pitha is made, you will have to knead it for quite some time. While making the dough, the pitha may become hard, so there is no time to soften the pitha. You will have to beat it, which will make the pitha soft and fluffy. The hot pitha will be quite delicious to eat after it cools down a bit, and can be eaten with jaggery or various types of raw chili spices.
