The Diary Game: Visiting My Mother During The Weekend (05-12-2025)

Greetings house . How are you doing? Hope you gad a nice day. I'm sorry for not making my entry yesterday, my battery died and we've not had light since yesterday. I'm Abasianyanga Nathaniel but I'm know on steemit as @abyrex. I'll be sharing today's experience with you. I woke up late today because I didn't go to be early last night. Immediately, I got out of bed, I brushed my teeth, got dressed and headed to the gym. I did my daily routine and left before 9 am.

On my way home, a fight broke out on the street. I heard that the fight was between a motorcyclist and his passenger. The passenger complained that the cyclist overcharge him and when he tried talking to him, the man began insulting and cursing him. The driver claimed that there was a general increase in the fare. Passerbys stepped into the situation and tried a calm the tension. Most people blamed the cyclist for insulting the man, while others said the passenger should have just paid him and left. I left the scene because I generally don't like violence.

When I got home, I got some fruits before having breakfast. Eating fruits and a lot of protein is very healthy especially after workouts. After eating, I decided to arrange my room. My old time friend called and we were on the phone for over an hour. It was a really long, fun and impactful call. I went ahead to prepare breakfast afterwards.

Later in the day, I went to visit my mum at her place. I had not seen her in a long time and I was missing her. When I arrived, she was preparing something for lunch. She was really excited to see me. I gave her a warm hug and she smiled heartily. She added that I had added weight. My siblings returned from school later. There were really surprised to see me.

My mom prepared rice and we ate together. I had a really good time with my family. The stories, laughter and joy in our heart, was second to nothing. When I wanted to leave, my younger sister started crying. She didn't want me to leave but I had too. I got snacks for her and left.
