History of the Apple

When I cut it into two halves its fresh aroma spread around reminding me that an apple brings energy and freshness to the body it purifies the blood improves digestion and strengthens the mind doctors always advise to eat one apple a day to keep away diseases nature has filled this fruit with healing and strength
SIde Effects of the Apple
But like everything else it also has disadvantages if eaten in excess the stomach becomes heavy and sometimes acidity occurs that is why it is important to consume everything in balance because balance is the real key to good health
Message of Steem For Better Life
In the end when I ate that apple I realized that the message of Steem For Better Life is also the same we should include health cleanliness and natural things in our daily life life becomes better only when we understand the rules of nature and live with gratitude for every blessing

A nice and creative idea - to step from such a simple thing like an apple towards history and health.
If you want to go deeper, I would like to read still more about the history of apples and why some are red and others green.
