Wayne our Eldest is attending a School not very far from us , Shakira , not yet at School and Geils comes out of the Hospital .
I make a second attempt at getting to the Dentist ( on my own this time ) plates need to be made up , basically some false teeth ,with some metal along them to strengthen them, as I bite pretty hard.
I also take a long stroll up to Selby where Lucas is located, and one look at me , and they realised I would not be back at work soon,
so they had to make other Plans.

I am trying to get Physically fit again it took me about 8 months to with my left hand, pick up an empty Glass?
This from a Guy who could do one armed Push-ups with either arm ,before the accident.
I would hold Chris's hand with my right hand and she would say I was hurting her , my body must have been over-compensating?, I broke a couple of door handles?, before I concentrated on not squeezing hard!
I went back to Church and I recall walking past a Classroom with a Lady giving Teenagers a lesson , I noticed a big 16year old giving the Teacher a hard time. I strolled in, put my right hand round his wrist ,squeezed hard, and whispered " Behave!"
The amazing part about this ,was the next week the Bishop assigned me to teach a Teenage Class?

With the new Teeth I was able to eat normally and went back to my normal 190 lbs.
I bought a device called a Gymtrim and started using it regularly.
Courtesy of Pixabay Gymtrim is identical to this.
About a year after the Accident I went back to the Doctor who wanted to operate on my arms and lock them bent or straight , and did Push-ups, I swear I saw tears in his eyes.
Another Strange thing, at Lucas I had been doing repairs and adjustments to Fancy Electronic Tune-up Equipment , possibly the Damage to my Skull,?,

Oh wow!! Your recovery was amazing.
It just show what we can get right if we put our minds to it.
Well done!
Thank You, Pat, appreciate your insight.
