The Diary game: 5th July, 2026. Daily routine and Sunday activities
Good day everyone, it’s your [email protected] you all had a wonderful day today.I’m excited to share how my day went today. I got up at 6am to the sound of my alarm and the morning light that lightens up the room. Then before I got up the first thing I did was say my prayers for 5 minutes. I thanked God for a day for my life for my family and I asked God for guidance and protection. After I said my prayers I went to brush my teeth and wash my face,It helped me wake up completely.
Then I had to give my niece and nephew a bath so we could get them ready for church. They had a lot of energy and kept asking me questions. "Aunty what are we going to eat after church?" "Are we going to dance today?".I dried them both with towels and I helped them put on their Sunday clothes. I made sure their hair was neat their shoes were clean and they had everything they needed in their church bag.
Next it was my turn to get ready. I picked out the dress I wanted to wear. A blue and white long sleeve that always makes me feel good about myself. I put on a little makeup. When I looked in the mirror I looked nice. I felt peaceful so I was ready to go to church.
We got in the car by 8:10am. We headed out. The traffic was not bad. It took us 20 minutes to get to church. On the way we said our prayers in the car and we thanked God.
When we got to church the service had just started with some worship songs. It lasted for about 15 minutes. The church was really quiet and peaceful. After the worship songs we had some praise songs. We danced a lot. The drums, the clapping. Everything was lively.
After the praise songs the pastor gave a sermon that lasted for 35 minutes. He talked about faith, obedience and trusting God when things are tough. He gave some examples. He read some scriptures that made me think about my own life. I took some notes. I felt blessed because the message was really meaningful.
After the sermon we had another praise session that was more energetic and there was a lot of joy in the room. Then we said a prayer together as a church family. We held hands and pray for the week ahead.
