Agriculture has a great value on it places on the lives of induviduals. Without agriculture, most foods won't be in existed. The use good of agricultural products grows everyday, yet we ignore the fact that all hands should participate.
Actually, one of these days i waa in the village i harvested planted, which had already fallen to the ground. There were plantain plantations surrounding my grandma's farm. She has alot of agricultural products that saves her money, as she freshly consumes them.
Plantain is an Iron giving food with a lot benefits. Specifically. is a type of micronutrient that falls under the class of minerals. It's an essential nutrient that plays a vital role in many bodily functions, especially in the production of hemoglobin in red blood cells.
