THE DIARY GAME: 21ST JUNE, 2026 | Unexpected Morning & A Quiet Sunday

Today was one of those days that did not go as planned at all.Honestly, my day started around 2 a.m.My mom came into our room and woke us up because my brother called with a strange number.

He was crying and explaining that his phone had been stolen.That moment was honestly scary because our first thought was not even the phone we were just hoping he was safe.Thankfully, he was okay.

They took his phone and some of his belongings, but at least he got home safely and that was what mattered most.

We stayed up for some time trying to sort things out and block access to his accounts and everything that needed to be secured.

After all of that, I finally got a little sleep.I woke up again around 6 a.m.At first I had plans to go to church, but with everything that happened and how the morning already felt, I just stayed back.

I washed clothes and spent some time talking with my brother and checking up on him because it was still fresh and stressful.The whole day just felt slow.

One of those long days where you don’t even know what exactly to do.I was not really in the mood for anything.So I mostly stayed in bed, rested and spent time on my phone.

I watched some movies and just allowed myself to take the day slowly.Later in the evening, I went for home cell fellowship.

After fellowship, I came back home.My brother had gone out earlier to sort out some things concerning the stolen phone and when he got back, we talked a little.

That was pretty much how my day went.Not productive.Not exciting.Just one of those days that remind you how quickly plans can change.But at the end of it all, I’m grateful everyone got home safely.
