I am so delighted to be here in this great and wonderful community and participate in this contest and thanks to the admin and moderators who overseas the affairs of this community and keep it moving.

Introduction

Team work is working together as a team to accomplish organizational goal or objective. When employees work together as a team it helps them to solve problems easily, and communicate well, also helps them to split difficult task into smaller once and handle them accordingly by bringing more ideas and makes the workers happy.

Teamwork and Individual Work - Which Do You Prefer?

I prefer team work because team work reduces work load and safe time, it have proper and efficient output, promote communication, help the team to met their target and achieve their aims and goals at the right or appropriate time, more so leading to increase productivity.

The difference between teamwork and individual work are?

• Team work brings better problem solving skills and encourage participation by the team members there by increasing productivity while individual work brings about decrease input and low productivity.

• Team work helps the members to divide tasks, share their strengths and expertise but individual work does the whole task alone and doesn't share the strength and expertise.

• Team work helps members working together towards a shared goal to feel a greater sense of accomplishment while individual work does not.

• Team work improve effective communication by consistently updating everyone and listening to everyone's ideas but in individual work there is no communication.

• Team work enhanced personal growth and help workers to develop their communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills while individual work does not.

• Team work leads to makes employees happier, reduces burnout and increase employee retention but individual work increases burnout, makes employee sad and decrease employees retention.

• Team work improve customer services and efficiency while individual work increase work load and reduce costomers efficiency and productivity.

• Team work promote healthy living and reduce stress from employee but individual work increase stress and poor health.

• Team work boost employees morale and improve quality of work but individual work decrease morale and quality of work.

Between team work and individual work which one is more progressive?

With the view point above team work is more progressive and quite encouraging.

Give your opinion why team work is better than individual?

Yes team work is better than individual because it permits the use of diverse skills, ideas, knowledge, and perspectives resulting in more innovative solutions, improve problem-solving skills, promote creativity, and increase productivity by supporting the strengths of each team member, also encourage a sense of friendship and mutual support that can promote motivation and job satisfaction.

Conclusion

In order to achieve organizational goal with ease and have higher productivity, with employer, employees and customers being happy we need to encourage and support team work for the betterment of the organization. So with this view point of mine you can agreed with me that team work is better than individual.
