The Diary Game: 28.1.2026| Lecture day in dchool.

^{In the morning}

Greetings to everyone @steemit, how are you all doing? trust your good. So today there was a lecture schedule from 10am to 12pm then from 12pm to 2pm then from 2pm to 4pm all in (WAT). So I woke up in the morning, had my morning prayers, went ahead to prepare for lectures. I arrived school a bit early before the lecturer. The lecturer arrived and the first lecture began, the lecturer taught about Calcium in the body system, this topic is for chemical pathology specialty in medical laboratory science. I learnt about the functions of calcium and the sites where calcium are formed.

We went ahead for other lectures of the day, the next one was basic blood group serology, this topic is for hematology specialty in medical laboratory science, the lecturer taught about the laboratory techniques in transfusion transmitted infection. This techniques are used in running test on blood samples before transfusion because blood transfusion has its consequences. This technique make sure that the blood that wants to be transfused is free from infection of any sort. We have the laboratory rapid test kit which is a technique that detects infection that’s up to 3months like HIV(human immune virus) but it doesn’t mean the blood is free from infection, at this point we were also taught a technique that picks infection at early stage which the rapid test technique doesn’t, this technique is known as Elisa(Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay). After the lecture the lecturer drop a note for us to go ahead to read and study on. The last lecture of the day was Basic Histopathology, we were taught about tissue fixation, the procedures carried out in fixing a diseased tissue for diagnosis. It can be a cancerous tissue, this is just a highlight of my lectures today.

After lectures as I was going home I branched to a place to repair my mini hand fan that spoilt, it a mini rechargeable hand fan. The charging port stopped working so as I was walking back to where I live I saw a place that deals on repairing devices and I stopped there to repair it. It took a lot of time. I sat down and waited for it to be fixed and after waiting it was fixed. I paid for the repair and headed home.

I reached home tired, I had a shower. I prepared what to eat as dinner. After eating I went to bed to rest for the day because I’ll wake up later at night to study as a student, so this was all for today, see y’all next time, I love you all.
