Greetings,
Today December 8, 2025 is the Feast Of The Immaculate Conception. In the Philippines it is a Special working Holiday and our company don't have work. Early at 5:00 a.m. I woke up and took a bath and prepared for a walk.

The weather was fair and pleasant. I went towards Cansaga Bay. The sea was at low tide. There were only few persons and like me watching the peaceful sea and relaxing. And some were prepared their rods and wait for the sea to rise

There is also a white and blue colored bangka standby in the coastline. It is likely for fishing and owned by a private individual. It was a great picture of me the calm water shadows the boat , sky, bridge , and other structures.

After I captured and enjoyed the morning views l planned returning home but I was attracted with some runners and my feet itched and energized. I ran a couple of 500 meter runs.
Explosive effort! You crushed your fastest 400m ever at 3:40/km pace, marking your quickest average pace in 30 days. Short but seriously speedy.Nice work out there! You just crushed your fastest 400m ever at a 3:40/km pace-that's seriously quick. This morning's run was lightning fast compared to your typical pace over the last month (5:12/km), and it's actually your speediest effort in the past 30 days. You're clearly bringing some serious speed to these shorter efforts lately, especially with those quick bursts you've been hitting over the last few days.
My body sweated a lot after running and little exhausted. I was awed with my running achievement. I want to do this constantly and step by step try increase my speed.
This was my morning and I made most of it.
