The Power of Spending Time With Nature
While growing up, I meant to believe that "all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy." This is a popular phrase my teachers and students use to say whenever they want us to spend time playing during break hour in school.
However, now that I have grown up, I hardly hear about such a phrase because it's not meant for adults, which is what adults believe is spending time with nature to rejuvenate themselves.
It seemed to be a hectic day for me, which I thought of visiting a spot where I can chill, eat, and drink at least, but I said to myself that once in a while it's good to spend time with nature, it is good to be alone at a place where it is just you and nature. This is because everything about nature is natural and can restore lost hope more quickly and more enjoyably.
I felt so tired from the beginning, but after spending like 20 minutes, I realised myself to be stronger. The weakness in me gradually disappeared, I regained my strength, no negative thoughts, but all positive thoughts and meaningful ideas were just flowing up and down.
The breezes, the calmness, the loneliness, and the lack of disturbances from someone really help me to rejuvenate myself from weakness to strength, from negative thoughts to positive thoughts which makes me become more productive.
After about an hour, someone came and joined me and the first thing he told me after we greeted was "Oh boy, I am here to regain myself." That was I noticed and nodded my head and said to myself, truly there is power in nature.

🎉 Congratulations!

Nature is actually a very beautiful thing. The earlier we maximise this, the better
