The Diary Game: A Regular School Day. [29/06/2026]

Good day my people. Today was one of the many more days I still have to spend in this great citidal of learning. My night was quite cool, so as my morning, although I woke up feeling pains all round my body becuae of the matches I played over the weekend. I had like three Important games to play, two as of Saturday and one on Sunday. Till now my body is yet to return to normal, it even seems I cant even feel my body anymore. But all the same, when I woke up I sat for a while on my bed so I can recover my self and find a little strength to do what I need to do. So yea, I finally stood up, took my bath, unfortunately I was to rush out to school that I didn't have time to make anything to eat. So I decided to move, I'll better stop somewhere to eat, and I did.

After eating, i set out. Found a moving cab man and off I went. I got to the hospital and everywhere was busy as it always be. People coming in and out from different different wards. At the hospital we did a lot, especially at the hematology unit where we had many patients coming especially for their pcvs and blood screening.

Theree was a case of emergency where doctors requested for blood, they wanted to do a transfusion under a critical circumstances. At the hematology unit we dont just give out blood at random especially for that purpose except it is being screened and cross matched for compatibility. The doctor knows thag very well, so he waited for the cross matching to be done and eventually after several blood from the blood bag was tested, we luckily found a matched blood and it was registered and taken away by the doctors...yea that how a live was saved today..

There was alot to do that lab today, meanwhile I will have to go back school for a pharmacology practical where we needed to tested for different actions of drugs on animals in relation to human. But I'm coming to that, for now let me finish on how my hospital day went. I took drugs in the morning before leaving so I was heavily hungry regardless of the food i ate. Actually I realised I aside being hungry I was eating little little quantity. My colleagues noticed my weakness and ordered for a meal for me..since I won't eat in the lab yunno so I stepped aside to eat and took that chance to go through my practical manual.

had a break for my self

So back to the lab, I have just few hours before I return to school for my subsequent practical, we had a little issue. A patient’s sample went missing and the patient had already been gone hoping to come back for the result. It wouldn't have been easy to find the sample anymore, it was literally frustrating because at this point we all stopped working. All work benches stopped or should I say paused thier ongoing work and went insearch of the missing sample. The patient’ was supposed to come get her results tomorrow and now the sample is missing. This isnt something we could improvise, it was very tensed that we search even the waste which is even infections but still to no avail. Its a woman's blood sample, so everyone said; she'd rant and should all over the place..people claimed if it was to be a man that he might probably understand and permit for another sample to be taken, but being a woman the case was just tight and not funny. God saw us from the pity side, and one of us headed to the screened fridge where samples are stored, immediately she opened it, the sample fell out in the container it was being put in. It happened that when the sample arrived the lab, the scientists in charge was not in duty so every other samples was attended to in the next hours after the scientists resumed, unknowingly the first sample which was that woman's own was taken to he fridge for preservation.

So that's it. It was worked on, her PCV was checked her blood well screened and checked for compatibility and her results was ready. Before I left i was asked to do quality control on a our antiseras with a known blood group. It took a little time because I was doing quality control for about 70 bottles of antisera. I needed to rush so that i can meet up with my class so I beg bench head to assist me with the quality control. Luck by my side, she accepted to take it.

So I moved out to school, I entered a bus that was almost ready to leave, when I got in, the driver moved immediately. As fast as his car was..I still got to class to see my lecturer inside, funny. He was here 10 minutes beforehand, and was even waiting for us to come. When we were almost complete, my colleagues almost reached the number in class, the practical started. Remember when I said earlier what we'd be doing in school. We needed to tested different drugs route, thier site of administration and the effects after that. We were asked to watch closely and make us of time, so we could observer and record. 3 lab rat was brought to the class, one after the other. The first rat was administered the drugs through the oral route. The second was through the [IP] intra peritoneal and the last one is [IM] intra muscular. The oral routed rat survived the effect of the drugs, but the IP was very fast to react and paralysed the rat just immediately after the injection and the rat couldn't survive the effect. The intramuscular actually stayed for a while, but later it couldn't stay anymore. It died.

After we were done with the practical, we made our report so I stayed for sometime to write it before going because I knew if I get to the house, I might feel lazy to complete the reports...so I stayed back to write it. After there, I made my way back home with my friends who stays alongside my area. On my way back my frind triggered me to make noodles again as my dinner since I was very tired and might not be able to cook much protocol food.

So I made the noodles, eat took my bath. My bed was already waiting for me to lay on, so I did and had a relaxing time with my phone.
