Sundarban Nursery is a small nursery located on the south side of the Adarsh ​​College Gate on the road from Phulbari to Dinajpur in Phulbari Upazila of Dinajpur district. Since this nursery is on the side of the road, the transportation system here is very good and any vehicle can easily travel here and there are all kinds of facilities from here to transporting trees.

This nursery offers ornamental cactus plants for very little money. Although it is a desert plant, it can survive with very little water and care, so these plants are kept in the nursery and look very beautiful. Cactus of different colors and shapes can be easily grown in pots and are used for decoration both indoors and outdoors. I heard that this plant flowers after 20 years. My friend saw this plant very beautifully. So there is a demand for cactus in the nursery.

Coconut seedlings are not commonly seen in our area. However, coconut seedlings are available at a very low price in this nursery. Moreover, even though they are not tissue cultured, they do not die. There are chaltar trees here, these are mainly indigenous chaltar trees. So it takes about 5 to 6 years for them to become chaltar, but due to their low price, there is a huge demand for them in rural areas. These seedlings are especially bought for afforestation.

This nursery has indigenous species of Malta, Dragon and Plum trees. These trees are made by cutting, so their quality is very good. The price is much lower than the competition. However, the quantity of these seedlings is the highest in this nursery. I purchased a Dragon tree from the nursery today. The price of these indigenous species of trees is comparatively low. Many beautiful hanging trees are available here. These are beautifully arranged in tubs. There are also banyan bonsai trees here. The price of these bonsai trees is comparatively high. The price of a bonsai tree is 70 steem. These trees are sold less here. These trees are sold at the tree fair every year. It takes 5-6 years to make these trees. The owner of the nursery has kept these trees inside a greenhouse.

10-12 types of desert trees are kept here. These trees have been kept in a greenhouse for 2-3 years and have become weather-tolerant. So they are easily tolerated in our country's soil. These seedlings are not available in other nurseries. The price of these seedlings starts from 10 steem. The school students' examination fees are low. Buying trees in this nursery is a new experience for me.
