The Diary Game [6-06-2026] Stayed at home and did some cleaning

Hello steemit family, it's your boy again @mannylee and I am back again with another episode of my daily diary for today. Today was undoubtedly a great day and I had a lot of fun. I woke up quite late today because today is Saturday and I am not going to work today so therefore it didn't bother me anytime I would wake up. It rained through the night and none of us were able to wake up to arrange things at home because my mother wasn't around and so we all slept while the rain fell. Although I woke up while the rain was falling, it was late because the rain was about to stop and so I didn't move from where I lay until I woke up this morning. In the morning when we all woke up, I saw that the rain fell quite heavily and all of our neighbors were able to fill their homes with water except us and we don't have a single water at home to do any Saturday chores. So we made haste and looked for where to fetch water and fortunately we found a place and we fetched our water.

After fetching the water, I began doing my Saturday sanitation at home. And although I woke up with the two fingers in my left hand swollen and itchy, I insisted and I did my sanitation because I knew that it was the only opportunity for me to do all the bulky pending chores at home. Today I finished my chores very late because of the bulky works I had to do and I was very tired and hungry because I finished my work past lunch time and I haven't had anything for breakfast yet. After I was done with my chores, I took my bath and ate before I lay down and rested.

Later in the day I decided to step out for a bit to my friend’s house because there was no football game to watch and I can't just stay home alone doing nothing. I reached my friend's house and I stayed there, we discussed and did other things till evening time before I decided to return back home. There was not much that I did, but just that I was happy to be free from work today. Everyday using the computer 24/7 at work and always exposing my eyes to the brightness of the system, it has started affecting me negatively and after my absence from work today and not exposing my eyes, I felt really free and relaxed.

Getting home I prepared for the night, I cooked my night food and had it ready. I then went to a dry cleaner and ironed my clothes that I'll use and go to church tomorrow, also polished shoes. When it was nighttime and after eating my dinner, I decided to rest by watching some movies on my phone. I downloaded some movies and watched them before going to sleep. Today was great and everything went well and I'm always grateful 🙏.
