"The next generation of husband: why boys must learn to cook
Hi guys once again am @shieldy001 i have come again with an intresting story to share with you please drop your comments at the comment section.
"The fact that boys can't cook is becoming alarming in this country. We need to raise our voices, if it costs us a protest, we should. Boys are those who grow up to become men. If a boy can't cook when he's a boy, I don't see the possibility of him knowing how to cook when he becomes a man. Cooking shouldn't be gender-based; parents should teach their children, both male and female, how to cook. Fathers should cook at home to be good examples to their sons and also be good husbands to their wives.
I'm saying this because of the incident that happened last night. Last night, I went with my friend to her boyfriend's house. The boy decided to cook for us. He went to the kitchen, poured a quarter pack of spaghetti into a pot, and boiled it for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, he poured a Nigerian seasoning called Onga stew, a full sachet, into the pot, boiled it for some time, came to the parlor to talk to his girlfriend, and went back, added another Nigerian seasoning called Maggi, added crayfish and onions. 8-10 minutes later, he said the food was ready (are you for real, I asked in my mind). Even as hungry as I was, I couldn't bring myself to eat because I was thinking of how my digestive system would react to that. I was seriously disturbed. The worst part of the story is that my friend ate it and said it was very sweet. I don't know if she was trying to make her boyfriend happy or something. Even though I didn't taste the food, I didn't need a diviner to tell me the food wasn't sweet.
So, dear young adults (boys), my word for you today is: learn how to cook! Please help our unborn generations and be good husband material in the future. Hear my cries and help me out .God bless."
