The Fairies' tree

As a kid once I have fantasies that fairies do exist. I have read novels about these fantastic creatures and it made me love them even more.

I was dreaming to visit one of the fairies' houses or something but too sad reality can not offer it even if they do exist.

In December 2021, my hometown's municipality decorated the trees in front of the Municipal hall with lovely lights and the trees looked lite it was swarmed with fireflies making the surroundings brighter. That is how I imagined the scene. lols I've been caught up in my fantasies.

This was the time when my grandmother was weak and was on her deathbed. All members of the family were obliged to come and be with her in the last days of her life.
Since I was a prisoner of my 8-hour job, I can only o hot her during the evenings, and of course, the husband is always with me.

We were just passing on the municipal hall and I was secretly wishing that my husband would like the idea of stopping for a few seconds so I could get a picture of the wonderful place.
I never thought he was planning to stop by too and he is is! The subject of my photography.

This is the second tree and it looks beautiful as the first one.

We made use of the phone camera's timer and we posed some poses under the tree.

Of course, the romantic scene would not be complete without a kiss. What a memorable place!

We took turns in posing; I reached out for the lights and the husband imitated my pose.

Before I bid goodbye to the place, I took one last picture hoping fairies would come up in the picture

There are lots of wonderful things that I missed growing up but I am glad my husband and have the same love for traveling, yet we are restricted with our kids but we plan to resume traveling even locally when we will have time soon.

These Christmas lights are one of the most wonderful scene that I saw my whole life.
