Drawing of a mouth

Greetings, my dear friends and welcome to my blog. Today, I want to show you how I draw the mouth in a few steps using a pencil.

The mouth is an organ or an opening in the face, placed a little below the nose, used by humans and animals for eating, drinking, and speaking. It is also a house for the teeth and tongue.

Materials for the drawing

• White embossed paper
• 12B pencil
• 6B pencil
• 4B pencil
• 2B pencil
• HB pencil
• Eraser
• Razor blade
• Brush

Step 1
I drew the lips with an opening separating the upper and the lower lips using an HB pencil.

Step 2
I drew the teeth in the mouth. I began with the upper teeth and then the lower teeth using an HB pencil.

Step 3
I shaded the lips using a 2B and HB pencil. I also blended the shading using the brush.

Step 4
I shaded the gums using a 6B pencil and then the opening in between the teeth with a 12B pencil. I then blended it with a brush.

Step 5
I shaded the shadow of the lower lip using a 12B pencil and then blended it with a brush.
