Portrait of a Lady on a Hijab

Greetings dear friends. I am glad to interact with you on this piece of drawing. Today I drew the portrait of a lady putting on a hijab and I want to show you the step-by-step process.

Materials for the drawing

• Plain embossed paper
• Pencil
• Eraser
• Blade
• Cotton wool
• Black pen

Step 1
I began my drawing from the eyes of the lady. I first drew the left eye, the eyelid and the eyebrow. I also drew the right eye, the eyelid and the eyebrow. Lastly, at this step, I shaded the area around the eye. I did all of this using a HB pencil

Step 2
I drew the lady's nose and also drew her mouth. Her mouth is slightly open, showing her teeth. I shaded the side of her nose and mouth to show that she is smiling. Lastly, in this step, I shaded her upper lip. I did all of this using a HB pencil.

Step 3
I drew the face of the lady and the hijab on her head. She folded the hijab on her neck. Lastly, I drew the shoulder of the lady.

Step 4
I shaded the eye and the eyelid using a black pen. I also shaded the edge of the hijab on her face and part of her head tie that is not covered by the hijab.

Step 5
I shaded the entire face of the lady using both pen and pencil. I also shaded the hijab lightly using a black pen.

Step 6
I shaded the entire hijab using a black pen and a pencil.

Step 7
I shaded the shirt of the lady using a HB pencil and blended it with cotton wool.
