Portrait of my favourite Steemian

Greetings, dear friends. How are you today? I believe you are all fine as I am. Today, I want to humbly present to you the portrait of one of my favourite Steemians by the name @chant. She is someone I cherish and like reading her article. So, I have decided to honour her with this piece of drawing.

Materials for the drawing

• Plain white embossed paper
• Pencils
• Eraser
• Sharpener
• Cotton wool

Step 1
I began by writing my name on the paper, then I sketched the face and the head of @chant. I began with the headband and after that, I sketched the top level of the hair on her head and lastly her face using an HB pencil

Step 2
I sketched the eyeglass she put on and after that, I drew her nose and concluded with her mouth using an HB pencil

Step 3
At this step, I sketched the neck, the shoulder and the collar of her shirt using an HB pencil

Step 4
I drew the eyes which I began with the one at the left, the black eyelid and the eyebrow. I also drew the second eye, shaded the black eyelid and the eyebrow. Lastly, I shaded the eyeglass and the area around the eye using an HB and a 6B pencil.

Step 5
I shaded her hair using a 10B pencil. I also shaded her nostril, her lips and the entire face using an HB pencil and blended it with cotton wool.

Step 6
I designed the pattern on her headband using an HB pencil, and I also added more shading to her face. Lastly, I shaded the dark spots on her face.

Step 7
I shaded her neck, the sleeve of her shirt, and lastly, I drew the pattern on her shirt.

Step 8
I drew the beads on her shirt and shaded the entire shirt black using a 10B pencil.
