Ceiling fan bearing replacement and new wiring.

How are you all? I hope everyone is well and healthy by the grace of God. Today I will show you the connection of the line burning inside a ceiling fan.

We do not have anyone in our house who runs the ceiling fans. Sometimes our ceiling fans stop running suddenly after a year, two years, or three years. Maybe there is a problem with the capacitor or the copper coil burns inside it. Or sometimes the coil is good, but the line burns inside through which the fan operates.

Today, the fan that I will repair and show you, the coil inside the fan was good, and the line fell from inside, and the bearing was damaged.

Step -01

First, you can see that I have an open armature from a fan in my hand. This armature has two ends, running and starting. There are four wire lines here, two common ends and two capacitor lines. In front of my hand, you can see the thin copper wires. From here, we have to remove the lines, and this coil is good.

Step -02

Now you can see four wires of two colours in front of me, two black wires and two red wires; the black ones will be connected to the two common ends, and the red wires will be connected to the running and starting of the capacitor. Now I have removed the bearings with pliers, which you can see because to remove the lube wire, you have to remove the bearings first.

Step -03

After the bearings are removed, you can see that I have taken a number one insulation tube here. And I have cut four small ones on the four ends of the armature wire and placed them. Then you can see that I have joined the common end and the starting end with the running end with the black and red wires. And I have done a continuity test with a meter and have taken four more large number three insulation tubes with which I will cover the connections.

Step -04

Now you can see that I have inserted the tubes into the connections, brought the lines out through the armature shaft and tied them nicely with tie clips. Then you see two new bearings in front of me, one bearing model number 6202 and the other bearing model number 6203. I installed these two models of bearings in the two bowls of the fan. Then I installed the four army fan body covers and varnished the lines I made there to make the connections better.

Today, I have shown you how to remove the lines from the inside of a fan and change the bearings. In the next post and video, I will show you how to open the fan and do the fitting in the first place because sometimes the fan gets very jammed while running; it becomes very difficult to open, and the fan can break.
