I removed the audio jack from the mini-computer speaker and made it Bluetooth wireless.

How are you all? I hope everyone is well and healthy by the grace of God. Today I will show you how to repair a computer audio jack system speaker.

Step -01

First of all, you can see here that I have taken a mini computer speaker which was powered by the computer's five-board USB and used to be played through the audio jack, but its owner tells me that the audio is not playing.

Step -02

Now you can see that I have opened a small cover of the speaker and taken out its controlling circuit, and here you can see a red and black wire on the right side of the hand, which is the 5-volt power voltage, and three wires below which come from the audio jack and four wires on the left side of the hand, which are connected to the speaker.

Step -03

Now what you can see in the picture is the audio jack; this speaker is not playing through this jack, and we will try to update it and make a new wireless system so that this speaker can be played through Bluetooth.

Step -04

You can see here that I have taken a new audio and Bluetooth two ICC system, a circuit that will work together with audio and Bluetooth through a 5-volt power supply since our previous speaker was running on 5-volt power, so we used it in the S circuit, and here we have given an input of 5 volts through red and black wires.

Step -05

In this picture you can see that after giving 5 volts input voltage, I have connected the four outputs of the speaker above, and in the previous broken circuit you saw three audio jack wires which will not be used in this circuit anymore because it is a wireless Bluetooth system, so our audio jack is no longer needed.

Step -06

In this picture now you can understand very clearly that I have connected the four wires on both sides of the speaker very well and given the DC input voltage connection coming from the five-volt USB below.

Step -07

Now you can see the final picture of my work, where I have wrapped it with a red tape, and you can see that I have thrown away the old audio circuit and the old audio jack because we have now replaced it with a new digital circuit, and we no longer need these two circuits and this audio jack.

Step -08

I have taken a selfie with my work and kept it as proof of work, and I want to say one thing here: currently we have many small technology circuits of mini micro USB or anything that can be modified with them to do our necessary work, and a short video of this work is given, which gives an idea of ​​this work.
