A few days ago, a driver in my area was telling me that his light was broken. I had previously fixed a light like this and posted it, and today I will show you another like repair that costs 700 taka in the market. The problem with the light was that the input voltage line was not getting power, and the quality of the circuit and the light inside seemed good to me. So the person who gave me the light said that when I put it in the holder, the light rises and goes out. Let's see step by step what the problem is with this light.

Step -01

Now the LED light that you can see in my hand is the one that was originally given to me to repair, and you can see that this light is very big and very powerful, and the pinholder is open at the back because I suspected this pinholder. I opened it and saw that its wire is disconnected from the circuit. In the next picture I will show you what the problem is.

Step -02

Now you can see that I have applied 220-volt AC input voltage through the series line, and the LED light is working very well and is not going out. This proves that there was a problem with the input voltage. A wire solder had come loose from the circuit, due to which I had to cut the pinholder. So now I have collected a pin holder from a broken light and will replace it here.

Step -03

Now you can see that I have taken a broken LED light here, and from this LED light, I have collected the back steel pin holder and will replace it in my repaired light.

Step -04

Now you can see that I have removed the pin holder, and now I have to remove the two pins on the top and replace them inside that light and put the pins back on.

Step -05

image.png

Now you can see that I have placed the previously collected pinholder inside my repaired light, and you can see two wires on the head of the holder which are coming from the circuit.

Step -06

After installing the two pins, I checked the LED light through the holder, and you can see that my light is working very well.

Step -07

I had to put a screw here to lock the pinholder that I replaced manually because those who use this pinholder replace it through a machine. Since I do not have a machine, I made a small hole and put a screw here so that it does not open in the future.

Step -08

Now my LED light is completely complete and usable. Now I will give it to its owner, and I have taken only a 40-taka servicing charge for repairing this light, and the price of this light in the market is 700 taka.
