Table Charger Fan Repair | Power Supply Circuit Board Change |

How are you all? I hope everyone is well and healthy by the grace of God. Today I will show you how to repair a charger table fan.

A few days ago, I repaired this charger fan. There were some loose connections, and the body cover was broken. I repaired it and gave it to its owner. After running for two long months, suddenly one day there was a loud noise from inside the circuit, and smoke came out from inside. Then the owner of this fan told me that he needs to repair the fan again. It is a loud noise, and smoke came out, and the power is not coming. It needs to be repaired urgently.

Then I brought the charger fan home and opened it to see what the problem was. I opened it and saw that the internal circuit was burnt and the fuse and SMD resistance were damaged. And when the SMD resistance burns, they cannot be changed, and they are not available in the market, and due to their poor quality, it becomes very difficult to replace other resistances.

So I bought a new power supply from the market for only 200 Bangladeshi taka. Then I replaced the power supply, and the charger is back in its original place, and it is performing much better than before, and the charger fan speed has increased a lot from before.
