How are you all? I hope everyone is well and healthy by the grace of God. Today I will show you what happened and how to repair the line inside a charger fan.

A few days ago, I made an IPS from a local shopkeeper in my area and bought a charging machine with a dry-acid 95-ampere battery and a transformer and a fan. So after a few days, that person was telling me that the fan was not working properly, so I brought the fan to my shop and observed what the problem was.

Step -01

First, I brought the fan to my shop and opened it, and here they gave me a voltage regulator which is made by our Bangladeshi local with very low-cost resistance which is not suitable for increasing or decreasing a fan at all; it is made only to show the customer, which is very poor quality.

Step -02

I bought a Chinese voltage regulator here which is sold in the market for 120 to 150 taka. This is at least a good module that can control any 12-volt to 06-volt fan very nicely.

Step -03

Now you can see that there is no male-to-female connection inside this fan; instead of the 12-volt input voltage, a direct wire has been inserted here through which the fan is powered, and the person who uses this fan has difficulty handling it, which is why I will attach a male-to-female microphone jack here, as you can see in the picture.

Step -04

I have attached the microphone male-to-female jack here very nicely, as you can see. Then you can see that I have made a hole in the place of the previous volume and attached a new volume that will control this fan, and I do not have to make any new holes because of the previous holes.

Step -05

Now you can see that I have attached the voltage regulator and attached its screws and attached the plastic that is on top. And I have connected the two 12-volt input wires to the voltage regulator and connected the two wires of the motor output.

Step -06

Now you can see that I have connected the 12-volt input to the male-to-female jack where I was sitting, and I have connected the output to the 12-volt input of the voltage controller.

Step -07

Now you can see that the fan is fully fitted, and I could not show it to you running because I had repaired this fan and immediately took it to the customer, and while I was on the road, I felt that I could not take any pictures while the fan was running, but it was working very nicely, and there is no doubt about it.
